Gerard Land.Aquatic is a state certified general contractor with over 18 year years of diversified experience
in the State of Florida. The company was founded by a fifth generation native Floridian. Gerard Floyd has
worked in the construction industry from the early beginnings with his family’s construction company.
Gerard Aquatic division was started to design and build pools, spas and water features. Gerard Land
division was started from an evolution that started with the aquatic side of projects and developed into
doing the complete design build project.
This evolution is really a complete circle that goes back to the family business of construction.
